GeoDecisions and IDSN Unveil Food Safety Web Site

GeoDecisions, an award-winning leader in the information technology industry specializing in geographic information systems, recently teamed with the International Document Solutions Network (IDSN, Inc.), and other partners to form the Trace, Track, and Authenticate Systems Coalition (TTASC) Web site.

IDSN?s membership-based Web site was designed to assist the nation?s agricultural regulators, food manufacturers, and other stakeholders in the food supply chain to adhere to current bioterrorism legislation. It will also help companies comply with private sector and government agency standards, including food industry certifications and documentations.

Future enhancements to the Trace, Track, and Authenticate System will incorporate GeoDecisions? award-winning geospatial tracking capabilities and alerting components to track food delivery and product recalls.

IDSN, Inc.?s partners for the TTASC include GeoDecisions, ARmark technologies, TAP Food Safety Series, and NTS. The TTASC Web site allows worldwide access to documents and certifications in near-real-time.
